Free internet hotspots are available through the public library in many counties.

The California State Library provides free online tutoring for California K-12 students, available through public libraries. Through HelpNow, live real-time homework assistance is available 24 hours a day by laptop, tablet, or phone from qualified tutors using state curriculum and standards.
24/7 assistance is available in English and Spanish for Language Arts and Mathematics.

All children under five in 20 counties and other communities with existing programs can be signed up today and will begin receiving books usually within six to eight weeks. If the Imagination Library hasn’t come to your community yet, register to be notified when the program becomes available in your area.

TCRC has two programs: The Early Start program is for infants, birth to 36 months. The other program is for persons over 3 years of age who have a developmental disability.
